Terms of Service & Appointment Policy
Applicable to all appointments booked at Dr. Parmar Clinic & Family Healthcare.
1. Appointment Booking & Allocation
Appointments booked through our website or phone are allocated on a single-patient per time slot basis. While we make every clinical effort to adhere strictly to your scheduled time, emergency triage or acute clinical complications in preceding patients may occasionally require slight flexibility.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
4-Hour Advance Notice Guideline:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please reschedule or cancel at least 4 hours prior to your appointment time. This allows our clinic desk to allocate the slot to an acute fever or elderly patient on our waiting list.
Cancellations can be made by calling reception at +91 90090 13043 or sending your booking reference code to our official WhatsApp helpline.
3. Consultation Fees & Payments
Consultation charges are payable at the clinic reception desk on the day of consultation. We accept all major Indian payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and cash. A formal clinic receipt with itemized consultation details is provided upon billing.
4. Follow-up Policy
Consultation follow-ups to review investigation reports (such as blood tests or imaging ordered by Dr. Parmar during the initial visit) conducted within 14 calendar days are offered at a subsidized review rate. Consultations requested beyond 14 days or for unrelated fresh complaints are treated as new consultations.
5. Emergency Disclaimer
Not for Life-Threatening Emergencies:
Dr. Parmar Clinic is an outpatient private medical practice. We do not provide intensive care, stroke thrombolysis, or 24/7 casualty trauma facilities. In cases of acute life-threatening medical distress, please immediately contact emergency ambulance services (108/112) or go to the casualty ward of a multi-specialty hospital.
